Magma Mark 7 Bullet Master

The Mark 7 offers even more standard features! The pot capacity has been increased to 115 lbs. Increased pre-melt wattage for faster melting. Speed controller is located in the control panel - not separate. Blowers have increased capacity and feature baffles to adjust air flow. Mold sensor prevents pouring on empty mold carrier arms. Fewer than 8 molds can be used. Roller sprue cutter requires less pressure for cut off. Sprue tapper moved to provide better action. Plus all of our standard features: Modular electric system. Controllers are solid state with LED readouts. Temperature is controlled to within plus or minus 7°. Divided pot for simultaneous pre-melting and pouring. Float transfer device provides constant lead head pressure assuring continuous bullet quality. Automatically casts up to 4,000 bullets an hour. Automatically separates bullets from sprues. Complete with 8 Magma molds. Saeco, Lyman, and RCBS molds can be converted for use on our machines. Specifications: 240v, 16 amps, 3750 watts. Air system requires 125 psi - low volume. NEW! Lube Master

Heated base controlled by solid state controls with LED readouts. Automatically sizes and lubes up to 6,000 bullets per hour. Quick change lets you add lube in seconds! Uses hard or soft wax lube. New conversions for longer rifle bullets are standard on our new model. Can be ordered to retrofit older models. Optional collator feeds sizer. Optional accessories: sizing dies; caliber conversions. Specifications: 120v/240v, 13/6.5 amps. Air system requires 60psi.

Master Caster

Precise mold positioning for casting accuracy. Pulling the handle cuts sprue, opens mold, and drops bullet and sprue into separate containers. 40lb. capacity melting pot is thermostatically controlled. Manually casts 500 to 800 bullets an hour. Specifications: 120v/240v, 13/6.5 amps, 1500 watts.

Magma Star Lube-sizer

Features straight through sizing. Pump pressures the lube to groove only. Optional accessories include: heated base,; automatic bullet feeder; swivel handle; air cylinder; collator speeds bullet feeding. Heated base specifications: 120v/240v, 1.5/.75 amps; 180 watts. Air system: 60 psi required.

Case Master Rimless Case Sizer

The case passes completely through the die. Result: a completely round case. Carbide sizing dies. Production rate up to 5,800 per hour. Optional accessories include: collator orients and feeds cases; additional dies. Specifications: 120v/240v, 10/5 amps.

Case Master Jr. Rimless Case Sizer

The same reliable performance as the Case Master in a manually operated machine. Features swivel style handle for easy operation.

Masterpot

Steel frame features adjustable mold guide for accuracy when casting molds with handles. Pot can be removed from frame and mounted to Master Caster base when a manual casting machine is desired. 40 lb. alloy capacity. Specifications: 120v/240v, 13/6.5 amps, 1500 watts.

Cast Master

Bottom pour feature uses various sized orifice plates to control flow. Removal of the plate allows ingot pouring. 90 lb. alloy capacity pot. Specifications: 240v, 12.5 amps, 3000 watts.

Magma Custom Bullet Molds

Molds are made of high density, cast iron bar that is produced exclusively for Magma. All molds are test cast, weighed and measured to assure consistent high quality. More than 200 styles available. Machine ready or can be fitted with RCBS or Lyman handles And, if you don't see what you want on our bullet sheet JUST ASK! We may already have it on the drawing board.

Littleton Shotmaker

Shotmaker is made from powder coated steel and has cooling vents, high temperature connectors, Teflon insulated wires and safety fuses. Single set of 7 drippers. Shot sizes: 5, 6, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9. Production: 35 - 40 lbs. per hour. Power: 120v or 120/240v. Size: 12"W x 12"L x 6"H.

Ingot Molds 10 and 14 lb.

For years, bullet casters have used a variety of containers, including bread pans, to cast ingots. Cast an ingot weighing 10 or 14 pounds with one of these molds. Each mold is equipped with a handle. Each mold can be used with Magma’s Cast Master or Masterpot.
